Providing over 2000 dispute resolution services since 1994, ADR Works is a company founded by Karen Walker, attorney at law, dedicated to providing alternative dispute resolution services for virtually any legal dispute.  Karen has extensive experience mediating auto accident cases, property defect cases, construction disputes, and employee - employer disputes. 

Tracey Kookendoffer, the ADR Coordinator, schedules and confirms dispute resolution services.  Whether two-party or multi-party, ADR Works tailor-makes all dispute resolution services to fit the specific needs of the parties.  This includes providing dispute resolution services locally (the ADR Works will travel) if the parties prefer, or in our centrally located facility in Lexington.
