Certified Kentucky Mediator to Help with Dispute Resolution
The mediation process involves two or more parties agreeing to work with a neutral mediator to resolve a dispute. Both parties will have an opportunity to express their positions and identify their interests and goals. The neutral mediator will work with the parties to develop a fair, custom-tailored settlement agreement that addresses both parties' positions and interests.
